Sex or no sex?
So, I had an appointment this past Tuesday. I thought it was going to be the big appointment where we could find out what sex the baby was. I made Josh come and everything. Well, it turns out it wasn't the big day. The big day is next Friday. I'm up in the air whether or not I want to find out. Josh really wants to know. I understand the reasons for not wanting to know, but I really like the idea of being surprised. It's wierd that I don't want to know because I am the type of person that needs to be able to plan everthing out. Josh, of course, is awesome and said if I don't want to know, he'll do what I want, but I know he definitely wants to know. The appointment on Tuesday was just a general 5 minute appointment. We heard the heart beat again. 150 beats per minute. I asked the doc if that was fast, which he said it was, but he said not to try to use that as an "old wives tale" test of whether it's a boy or girl. He said the heart beat is still not regulated by the brain yet. Josh also wants to look for a doctor that is closer to Long Beach. I understand looking for a new doctor because our doctor is like 45 minutes away, but I really like my doctor. As the office manager for the doctor said, "Once you've had one person digging around in there, you don't want to have anyone else do it." I mean, with a comment like that, how could they not be meant to be the doctor of an Olson? My stomach is definitely looking pregnant. When I do have my girl moments and talk about how "fat" I'm getting, Josh pulls out the brownie points and says, "Baby, you're not fat, you're just pregnant." Yeah, who couldn't love a guy like that? Not that I'm really gaining much weight. I've only gained 4 pounds since my last appointment, which I guess is really right on track. It definitely seems like I should have gained more with the size of my belly and my giant rack. Right...I don't think I'll ever have a giant rack, even being pregnant and all, but I guess time will tell. Still haven't had the usual symptoms of being pregnant. No puking, no swollen feet or hands, yet. My blood is definitely flowing double time. I hate to jinx myself, but I think I'm having a pretty darn good pregnancy. Everything else is life is all right. Work is work. Nate moved in with us last week. It's pretty sweet. Well, if you've got any thoughts on whether you think we should find out or not, then leave me a comment and let me know!

FIND OUT. I want to know if there will be a baby Margit running around in California. PS. Name the baby Margit.
PPS. Baby Margits are cuter then regular babies.
just don't name it ryan. or sharpay.
Anymore sonograms. I want to see Baby Margit.
Lucy and I want to know if it's a baby Margit or a baby Elmo. Lucy and I are voting for Margit which I keep telling you (Sorry Josh). When you say friday, do you mean tomorrow 7/25 or next friday? I always wanted to know boy or girl but they screwed it up with Andrew so even though I thought I knew, I didn't. Sometime umbilical cords look like penises. If it looks like a girl, it is. I think Margit Mia Kirsten would be a perfect name for a girl. I have alway liked the name Josh so a Jr. would be good, too. As Kirsten says, no Ryans, or Brians. Anyway, I got your address. I want to send something for my grandchild but guess I'll wait to see if you decide to find out or not. Love to all three of you and Weeble too. Mom
